Connected Community

Visitors Welcome! Please download the Reformation Church App!
As a gift to all our visitors, we’ve designed a visitor-friendly church app that can be downloaded right now and instantly from the App Store or Google Play. Just search for “Reformation Church App” and it comes up. After you download and open it, please fill in the “Connect Card” so we can follow up with you. And, when you have a chance, you’ll notice that we’ve selected 10 sermons (first item in the “sermons” tab) that you can start listening to get a flavor for Reformation’s preaching and teaching.
Sunday, June 18 Lord’s Day Also Called Father’s Day
In order to provide more time to do so, we will not have the coffee fellowship, prayer meeting, or our snow cone outreach. This gives the PS 173 staff a break and enables us to beat the traffic.
Throughout this summer, Pastor Jon will lead us through various Psalms. Remember to always be looking to invite neighbors & co-workers, friends & family to church. If they can’t come, at least ask them to download the Reformation Church App!
Saturday, June 24, 9am – 4pm Church Picnic
This is the traditional date of the Presbytery Church Picnic, annually held in Eisenhower Park. Join us for a day of fun in the sun with our brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ.
Sunday, June 25 Lord’s Supper & Congregational Lunch
On the last Sunday of each month, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper and then we join together in the cafeteria for a fellowship lunch together.
Thursday, June 29 – 7pm Ladies Study
Ladies meet on the last Thursday of each month They continue through their book entitled, Women of the Word by Jen Wilkin, and are covering chapter 5 this month. Speak with Lauryn Shishko if you would like a study guide to the book.
Sunday, July 9 Mid-Annual House-Keeping Meeting
We’ll review Reformation’s finances and discuss other things going on in church-life. The meeting will be immediately following the worship service so that we can finish before the auditorium gets too hot.
Friday, July 14 – 7:30pm Men’s Meeting
We’ve finally found a spot that seems to work really well for everyone. Paris Baguette at 210-20 Northern Boulevard, Bayside, NY 11361. If a ride would make it easier for you to come, please let Pastor Jon know. Lots of men drive to these, and providing a ride is not a problem. Please read chapters 1-5 of Jesus Among the Secular Gods.
